Increase customer services: Reducing lead times is not enough to reach on time deliveries. This performance indicator needs to be considered before the sales order is register by doing a feasibility test in order to know in advanced whether the order can deliver on time or not. If a feasible date in not found, APS will suggest certain alternatives as splitting orders, partial delivery, increase hours for specific resources or even a new due date, based on commands that automate this kind of what if scenery.
Capable to Promise: This feature allows you to run a feasibility test before sales order entry. You can simulate a specific due date and quantity to be made in a specific factory, delivered in a specific work center, transported in a specify truck and with certain components and/or raw materials, then you can evaluate in advanced the impact of this new order in the overall Supply chain and determine a realistic due date.
